Responsibilities:

• - Adhere to Wingstop's standards for flavor and presentation when preparing and cooking menu items.
• Keep a steady level of food quality and portioning across all orders received.
• Quickly and accurately interpret and carry out customer orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow order guidelines precisely to sauce, season, and wrap food items correctly for customer satisfaction.
• Follow established protocols for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene while preparing food and tending to personal cleanliness.
• Safely and efficiently perform the daily maintenance and filtering procedures for fryers.
• Coordinate efforts with coworkers and supervisors to sustain a clean and orderly kitchen space.
• Respond to changing kitchen requirements and contribute to prep or sanitation responsibilities as instructed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• While prior experience as a kitchen or fry/line cook is preferred, it is not compulsory as there are training opportunities available.
• Preference is given to those who have open availability, particularly during evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in working efficiently in a dynamic setting while paying close attention to specifics.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices and hygiene protocols is necessary for maintaining food safety.
• Having a can-do attitude and a desire to enhance one's abilities and contribute positively to the team's goals.
