Description Controls Technician is responsible for performing the testing and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) on construction projects, according to specifications. They apply knowledge of various building trades such as electrical, mechanical, telecommunications, and information systems networks to computer-based control systems and building automation and environmental control energy equipment in commercial and industrial buildings. They collaborate with customers, engineers, and contractors on project start-up and commissioning.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
