Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise multiple district restaurant locations to maintain a high level of service quality and operational effectiveness.
• Assist in the hands-on recruitment, onboarding, and continual training of store managers and staff.
• Put in place and manage training programs to promote team performance and enhance customer contentment.
• Regularly assess the restaurant's effectiveness through data-driven evaluations to enhance its overall performance.
• Review and regulate financial plans in order to meet targets for expenses such as food, labor, maintenance, supplies, and other controllable items.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, which encompasses handling complaints and obtaining approvals in accordance with the established processes.
• Partner with senior leadership to strategize, forecast, and report on business activities within defined timeframes.
• Be proactive in overcoming operational difficulties and work towards meeting expected performance outcomes.
• Develop a positive and unified team-focused climate across multiple locations.
• Undertake supplementary tasks and strategic endeavors as instructed by higher management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of three years of experience managing multiple units in the fast-food sector.
• Proven capability in leading and coaching, emphasizing the development of teams.
• In-depth understanding of the operational aspects of restaurants, such as managing labor and food costs effectively.
• Demonstrates outstanding communication, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
• Aptitude to succeed in a rapid-paced setting and handling diverse priorities concurrently.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and competent in using data to enhance outcomes.
• Required qualifications include a high school diploma, with a preference for individuals with a college degree in Business or Hospitality.
• Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel between restaurant sites as needed.
