PROFITABILITY
- Takes care of inventory expenses and manages inventory quantities by conducting Daily, Weekly, and Monthly inventory checks to ensure optimal inventory management practices
- Oversees trucking operations to obtain optimal inventory management efficiency
- Ensures that the restaurant's stock list of assets is always up-to-date and accurately represents the current state of the business
- The appropriate maintenance of the restaurant's facility and equipment is essential, and it is imperative to follow company standards and interact with external vendors as required
- Implements cash handling audits to detect any fraudulent activities and provides solutions to resolve identified issues
GUEST
- Compliance with regulations, effective delegation, and constructive feedback are key components of this management approach
PEOPLE
- We aim to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the restaurant team, and our coaching and feedback sessions are a critical component of this approach
OPERATIONS:
- Supervises the restaurant crew in quickly and accurately preparing and selling products in line with the specified speed of service standards for timely delivery
- Verifying Restaurant's Adherence to Operational and Brand Standards
Serves as the Hourly Shift Coordinator whenever called upon
Qualifications and Skills:
- To be considered, applicants must have turned 18 years of age
- To be qualified for this job opening, you must have a high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate. However, having two years of college education is preferred
- Previous experience working in fast food outlets for a duration of 1-2 years is required, while experience in leadership roles is highly desirable for the position
- A well-managed and strategically analyzed profit and loss statement can provide valuable insights into a company's financial health and inform decision-making
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Guest service is a fundamental aspect of the hospitality industry. It is not just about delivering product or service. It requires interaction, relationship building, and catering to guests' varying needs and interests
