The Team Member works with Restaurant Managers and fellow Restaurant Team Members to ensure that operational policies and procedures are followed and guests receive exceptional service.

As a member of the field operations team, this position collaborates directly with Guests and is accountable to the guidance of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators.

• Demonstrates a welcoming smile while managing order placement and payment processing for guests
