Responsibilities:
- When associates deliver excellent service that exceeds customer expectations, it creates positive brand equity that results in increased customer loyalty, customer retention, and increased sales revenue
- Invest in resources to support new company initiatives and ensure success
- Extend a cheerful greeting to patrons, cater to their needs, and suggest merchandise to enhance their visit and attain sales targets
- Proper sanitation and upkeep of the customer service area and equipment are essential for the health and welfare of everyone involved
- Adhere to set standards when preparing a diverse range of beverages for customers, such as Coffee of the Day and a variety of espresso drinks
- Practice Professionalism
- Clean the designated areas in accordance with the duties assigned and make sure to maintain cleanliness at all times
- Keep to standards for organizing, refreshing, switching, and securing all items
- Compliance with the organization's cash handling and register policies is important as it serves to maintain transparency and accuracy in financial dealings
- Observe the inventory stocking and recording protocols to enhance the overall functionality of inventory management

Qualifications:
MINIMUM
- Aptitude to manage a quick pace of work
- Demonstrating adeptness in completing the Initial Store Training program and scoring a minimum of 90% in barista certification is a necessary skillset
- The ability to pass a drug test can also have significant implications for one's career and livelihood, as many employers require drug testing as a condition of employment
- Only candidates who are 16 years of age or older will be considered for this position
- This job opening mandates that candidates have completed their high school diploma or obtained their GED. Additionally, they must possess customer service experience for a minimum of half a year. Alternatively, relevant education and experience may be considered
- The ability to systematically organize and rank assignments according to importance is a significant feature of professional competence

- Availability for weekend work on an ongoing basis, ability to work various shifts, and readiness to work beyond usual hours if needed
