Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Main team member to join our Popeyes crew! As a Kitchen Main, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and high-quality food, all while embodying our Cajun Hospitality values — Smile, make eye contact, greet the guest, repeat the order, and thank the guest. Responsibilities

• Meet guests with a friendly smile and meticulously record their orders
• Offer efficient payment processing services with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Consistently apply the brand's standards in preparing and packaging food and drinks to maintain quality consistency
• Keep the restaurant clean, which involves the dining area, restroom facilities, and outdoor vicinity
• Secure that food handling is in accordance with health and safety rules and regulations
• Maintain vigilance over the temperature and quality of food throughout the shift
• Take part in unloading and stocking inventory as required
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Popeyes brand and menu offerings
• Adhere to timeliness and regularity in attending all predetermined shifts
• Champion the values and norms of Popeyes with a foundation built on integrity and a commitment to honesty

Qualifications and Experience

• The minimum age requirement is set at 16 years
• Adept at thriving amidst rapid changes and a dynamic work environment
• - Accomplished in creating a professional and welcoming environment for both guests and team members
• Willingness to gain proficiency in multiple facets of restaurant operations
• Being open to working evening, weekend, and holiday schedules as necessary
• Learning background: Equivalent to less than high school education OR up to one month of related experience/training, or a matching combination
• Employees will be working in different settings, inside as well as outside, where they may be exposed to temperature changes, from cold to hot extremes
• Facing risks related to moving components, high-temperature machinery, toxic substances, and fumes
• Items such as fryers, ovens, freezers, cutting machines, mixers, sales systems, drive-through setups, and other tools are essential for food service establishments.
• Assistance can be offered to support individuals who have disabilities
• Physical exertion such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, pushing, and pulling may be required for this role
• Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance
• Successful candidates must be capable of regularly lifting 10 pounds, frequently carrying 25 pounds, and occasionally moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Essential job functions include the ability to communicate effectively and utilize hands and arms for tasks related to food handling and cleanliness
