• Stick to Wingstop's specified flavor standards and presentation guidelines during the preparation and cooking process.
• Enforce a practice of unwavering food quality and portion consistency for each order fulfilled.
• Accurately fulfill and expedite customer orders in a fast-paced setting.
• Spice, prepare, and wrap food items accordingly based on order demands.
• It is crucial to follow the sanitation and hygiene protocols to uphold food safety standards and personal hygiene practices.
• Complete daily fryer filtration and maintenance duties in a safe and effective manner.
• Ensure close collaboration with fellow staff and supervisors to maintain a tidy and well-maintained kitchen space.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Prior experience as a kitchen or fry/line cook is a positive, but not necessary as training will be given.
• Open availability preferred, including evenings and weekends.
• Capacity to excel in a high-tempo work environment by remaining detail-oriented.
• Cultivating a favorable attitude and a readiness to enhance and mature as a team member.
