Job Summary

Popeyes is currently looking for a Cashier to be a part of our team, who must possess a friendly disposition and a dedication to providing excellent customer service. As a cashier, you will be the face of the restaurant, responsible for delivering prompt and friendly service to ensure guests have a positive experience each time they visit. Your effectiveness in communication and ability to maintain a positive attitude during busy periods will be key in upholding our high standards of customer satisfaction and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Provide a cordial welcome to visitors and accurately handle the processing of food and drink orders
• Conform to the brand's standards when arranging and packaging food and beverage items
• Offer additional menu choices as a way to increase customer spending
• Process return inquiries, refunds, and customer complaints with a focus on maintaining a professional standard
• Oversee inventory status and ensure a tidy and well-organized work atmosphere
• It is important to follow established protocols for cash handling and register operations
• Accomplish tasks given by the manager who is currently overseeing operations
• Consistently attend in a timely manner
• Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and help foster a unified team culture within Popeyes

Qualifications and Experience

• A person must be over 18 years old to be eligible
• Comfortable and competent in a high-energy restaurant environment
• Proficient in engaging with others and conveying messages skillfully
• Fostering a productive, amicable, and expert connection with guests and team members
• Desire to acquire new competencies and function effectively in different areas within the dining establishment
• Skill in maintaining a standing position for an extended time and following proper lifting and kneeling protocols
• A background in cashier or restaurant roles is advantageous, but it is not compulsory
