Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• When associates deliver excellent service that exceeds customer expectations, it creates positive brand equity that results in increased customer loyalty, customer retention, and increased sales revenue
• Recognize and reward individuals and teams who excel in implementing company initiatives
• Greet customers with a professional demeanor, respond to their questions, and suggest products to optimize their experience and meet sales objectives
• The customer service area and equipment require regular cleaning to provide a hygienic and comfortable environment for customers
• Put together a selection of drinks for patrons following established guidelines, which could include Coffee of the Day and various espresso beverages
• At all times, act professionally with co-workers and customers alike. Be respectful when addressing others and take a professional approach to any conflict or disagreement that may arise
• Clean the designated areas in accordance with the duties assigned and make sure to maintain cleanliness at all times
• Stick to norms for setting up, resupplying, moving, and protecting all inventory
• Employees who are 18 years or older must comply with the company's policies and follow instructions for managing cash and using the register to ensure a smooth transaction process
• Ensure that the inventory stocking and recording procedures are being carried out as per the defined instructions to avoid discrepancies
• The individual who assumes this position must be equipped to undertake the essential functions, without or without reasonable adjustments

Qualifications:

MINIMUM

• Comfort working in a rapidly moving environment
• Being able to achieve a mark of 90% or greater in barista certification and accomplishing the Initial Store Training program are two key qualifications
• For those who are unable to abstain from drug use, taking measures to mask or eliminate drug traces from their system is a necessary step
• Only candidates who are 16 years of age or older will be considered for this position
• The requirements of this role stipulate that any applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent GED. Also, they should have customer service experience of at least six months, or present a relevant combination of education and experience
• One of the fundamental qualities that distinguish successful professionals from others is the ability to manage and prioritize work duties effectively
• Accuracy/attention to detail
• Readiness to work on weekends as part of a routine schedule, flexibility with shift timings, and preparedness for additional hours as required
