Wingstop is in need of a lively and dedicated Fry Cook to be a part of their fast-paced kitchen crew. The key responsibilities include preparing delicious and top-quality food while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. Responsibilities:

• Prepare dishes following Wingstop's flavor standards and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure that each dish is consistently prepared and portioned to the same high standard.
• Swiftly process and fulfill customer requirements in a fast-moving environment.
• Adhere to the necessary process of seasoning, saucing, and packaging food based on individual order needs.
• Follow the recommended sanitation and hygiene protocols for both food preparation and personal hygiene.
• Execute the fryer filtering and maintenance activities daily, emphasizing safety and efficiency.
• Assist in working closely with team members and management to secure a clean and orderly kitchen.
• Flexibly address changing kitchen needs by contributing to both preparation and cleaning tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• While experience in a previous kitchen or as a fry/line cook is a positive, it is not compulsory as training is available.
• Open availability preferred, including evenings and weekends.
• Succeeding in high-pressure settings while upholding a keen eye for detail.
• Knowing the proper techniques for maintaining food safety and observing hygiene protocols.
• Cultivating a favorable mindset and a keenness to learn and thrive in collaboration with the team.
