General Manager

Job Summary:

Wingstop is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and create an outstanding guest experience. This leadership position plays a key role in fostering a high-performance team culture while ensuring smooth execution across front- and back-of-house operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in restaurant management, is driven by results, and is passionate about serving up bold flavors and great service.

Responsibilities:

• Be accountable for managing, teaching, scheduling, and directing restaurant staff under the guidance of the District Manager.
• Ensure operational success by consistently monitoring store operations, guest experiences, and compliance with safety and sanitation criteria.
• Cultivate a culture of responsibility and support by employing coaching, acknowledgment, and interventions as necessary.
• Ensure precise inventory control, ordering mechanisms, and accurate record-keeping procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by professionally managing and responding to guest feedback.
• Maintain the facility's adherence to health and legal guidelines to ensure safety, cleanliness, and security.
• Provide expertise and suggestions for enhancing operational efficiency, customer service experiences, and sales outcomes.
• Take charge of the store's achievements and continuously explore new avenues to refine processes and propel business growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Two years of supervisory experience in restaurant, food service, or retail is a fundamental requirement for this position.
• Shown capacity to direct teams, manage labor resources, and boost operational effectiveness.
• Demonstrating adeptness in communication, decision-making, and resolving conflicts is crucial.
• Proficiency in multitasking and being adaptable in a high-energy work environment.
• Demonstrates great skills in time management and organizational proficiency.
• Demonstrating a steadfast dedication to implementing food safety and hygiene best practices.
• Availability outside traditional working hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A history of working in restaurants is a fundamental requirement.
