Responsibilities:
- To ensure that associate behaviors align with delivery and promotion of exceptional customer service, managers should emphasize the importance of customer satisfaction through periodic performance reviews and feedback
- Communicate the benefits of new company initiatives to stakeholders to increase buy-in
- Provide a friendly introduction to clients, address their inquiries, and propose commodities to enhance their visit and achieve sales goals
- Regular cleaning and maintenance of the service area and equipment demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and safety
- Offer customers a range of standard-compliant beverages, which may include espresso-based drinks and Coffee of the Day
- Practice Professionalism
- Ensure that the cleaning requirements are fulfilled as per the duty rosters and cleaning standards
- Abide by regulations for presenting, restocking, reordering, and safeguarding all products
- It is crucial to obey the guidelines for handling cash and operating the register that are in place to minimize the risk of fraud, loss, or other financial complications
- Comply with the inventory stocking and recording policies for effective management of available resources
- Irrespective of accommodation needs, the applicant must be capable of fulfilling the essential responsibilities of this position
Qualifications:
MINIMUM
- Competence to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Possessing the aptitude to finish the Initial Store Training program and acquire barista certification with a result of 90% or superior is a crucial talent
- The ability to pass a drug test can also have significant implications for one's career and livelihood, as many employers require drug testing as a condition of employment
- Those under the age of 16 will not be able to apply for this role due to the minimum age requirement
- The necessary qualifications for this position require candidates to have achieved their high school diploma or GED equivalent. In addition, they should have gained customer service experience for a minimum period of six months. Candidates can also present a balance of relevant education and experience
- The skill of organizing and prioritizing tasks proficiently is a hallmark of individuals who have excelled in their professions
- Accuracy/attention to detail
- Ability to work regular weekend shifts, openness towards different shift schedules, and willingness to go the extra mile with overtime work
DESIRED
