Key Responsibilities:

• Use dishwashing machinery to sanitize and clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and pans with effectiveness.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dishwashing section while meeting health and safety requirements.
• Support the restaurant's high-speed operations by consistently replenishing the kitchen with clean plates, bowls, and essential cooking tools.
• Maintaining a hygienic and well-organized workspace involves the appropriate handling of trash, recyclables, and kitchen waste.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service employees to ensure a streamlined process and efficient guest service.
• Support with extra cleaning duties, such as wiping counters and sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
