The Burger King Attendent's primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service while working in conjunction with Restaurant Managers and other team members to uphold operational standards and procedures.

Reporting to the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators, this individual engages with Guests and various members of the field operations team.

Performance Standards:

• Greets guests with a smile and processes payments as they place their orders
• To ensure that food and drink products are safe for consumption, it is necessary to follow strict guidelines and protocols when preparing and packaging these items
• In charge of ensuring that the restaurant is always tidy, both indoors and outdoors, including the dining area, bathroom, and surroundings
• The maintenance of health and safety standards is paramount to the smooth running of the workplace
• Arranges and stores inventory items in designated locations
• Punctuality and attendance are two key factors for creating a positive and reliable work environment
• Upholds Burger King's guidelines for uniform and grooming expectations

Time management: Effective time management skills are essential in any job role. This includes the ability to prioritize tasks, plan projects, manage deadlines, and stay focused on important tasks:

• The minimum age mandated is 16 years
• Comfortable dealing with high-pressure work situations
