Burger King Billing Clerk are the face of the restaurant and have the responsibility of ensuring that customers receive quick and courteous service while they check out.
Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge the presence of customers upon arrival with a friendly greeting and bid them farewell with a sincere goodbye.
- Control monetary transactions with customers through the use of cash registers.
- The cashier's job involves verifying the prices of the merchandise, scanning them, accepting payments, and returning the correct amount of change.
- Procure proof of payment, returns, reservations, and cash balance alterations.
- Provide customer support by addressing their concerns, guiding them through the resolution process, and ensuring that they receive relevant assistance.
- It is essential to ensure that the checkout counters are neat and tidy at all times.
- Monitor financial transactions on balance sheets and notify authorities of any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Previous work history as a Retail Cashier or equivalent in a customer-facing role.
- Basic PC knowledge.
- Well-versed in the usage of digital equipment, including POS machines and cash registers.
- Good math skills.
- A strong grasp of communication and time management techniques increases corporate productivity.
- Customer satisfactionoriented.
- The attainment of a high school degree or comparable education is necessary.
