Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Providing service excellence is not an innate characteristic and requires effort to ensure that a customer-centric mindset is established and continuously reinforced through associate behaviors. This is achieved by empowering associates to focus on the customer experience
• Be proactive in adopting new company initiatives and make adjustments accordingly
• Express a friendly welcome to customers, answer queries, and suggest goods to enrich their experience and meet revenue objectives
• The service area and equipment must be kept in pristine condition to provide customers with the best possible quality of service
• Develop a range of refreshments for patrons that comply with standard requirements, including both Coffee of the Day and espresso-based beverages
• To be an efficient employee, you must understand the store's processes thoroughly. You need to know store opening and closing procedures, your duties, and customer service protocols
• Ensure that the cleaning requirements are fulfilled as per the duty rosters and cleaning standards
• Stick to norms for setting up, resupplying, moving, and protecting all inventory
• The established cash handling and register policies must be followed to avoid any mistakes in transactions and maintain the credibility of the business
• Abide by the inventory stocking and recording guidelines for better control over the stock levels
• This position mandates the completion of essential job duties, and it is the applicant's responsibility to perform them to an acceptable standard, regardless of the need for accommodations

Qualifications:

MINIMUM

• Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment
• Possessing the aptitude to finish the Initial Store Training program and acquire barista certification with a result of 90% or superior is a crucial talent
• For those who are unable to abstain from drug use, taking measures to mask or eliminate drug traces from their system is a necessary step
• To participate in this program, individuals must have reached the age of 16 years old or above
• Successful candidates for this position must possess a high school diploma or hold a GED. They should also have at least six months worth of customer service experience under their belt, or submit a mix of suitable education and experience to qualify
• Mastering the art of effective task organization and prioritization is a vital aspect of professional achievement
• Accuracy/attention to detail
• Capacity to work regular weekend schedules, adaptability with shift timings, and eagerness to put in extra hours as necessary
