- Allowing customers to try out product samples can help them uncover new merchandise or products they have shown interest in.
- Comply with the guidelines set by the Company concerning the operation of the equipment located within the Sushi Prep Area, which encompasses refrigerators, sinks, and other essential machinery.
- Arrange food in a visually appealing manner that reflects the high standards of the Company for food presentation.
- Ingredients for merchandise must be carefully prepared, packaged, labeled, and inventoried to ensure proper management of inventory.
- Ensure the freshness of the products by verifying their quality. Check their sell-by dates and respond accordingly.
- List, order and oversee inventory in the department assigned to merchandise labeling, stocking, and inventorying.
- Bring any issues related to product ordering or shipping to the attention of the department manager.
- Foster a culture of positivity and urgency, creating an environment that encourages productivity and achievement.
- Maintaining prescribed temperatures in cases and coolers is necessary to prevent spoilage, food waste, and potential health hazards.
- Comply with all safety guidelines to enhance safety efforts and alert store management to any unsafe conditions that arise.
- The proper functioning of equipment is critical to the success of any organization, so implementing a structured maintenance program is essential. By following a regular maintenance schedule, you can catch minor equipment issues before they turn into major ones.
- Swift reporting of safety risks, emergent situations, and criminal activities, such as fraud and theft, is important to ensure the safety of employees and customers.

Qualifications:
- Retail experience
- Multilingual individuals have the unique ability to connect with people from different backgrounds and cultures

- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in using customer service software and systems
- With prior food service experience, you already have an understanding of the different aspects of the business, such as the food supply chain, quality control, and inventory management
