Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise all restaurant activities to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the establishment.

- Manage the inventory, procurement, and storage protocols for food items, particularly chicken and essential materials.

- Direct the oversight of shift scheduling, labor planning, and payroll projection to maximize output.
- Maintain product quality standards, enforce food safety protocols, and uphold cleanliness requirements.

- Abide by all organizational policies, safety protocols, and operational guidelines for adherence.
- Rapidly assimilate to the fast-moving restaurant scene and be open to assisting in different capacities as the need arises.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates must demonstrate a solid background in restaurant management, with a minimum of 2–3 years of experience, particularly in fast food or quick-service sectors.
- Well-versed in leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills.
- Adaptability in managing stressful circumstances without compromising a positive attitude.
- Mastery of food safety protocols, inventory management principles, and best practices for team education.
- Knowledgeable in POS systems and essential office software.
- A high school diploma or a comparable qualification is essential; further education in Hospitality or Business is advantageous.
- The role entails the need for individuals to be available during unconventional hours, like nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Being ready to work in an operational environment that involves physical tasks and showing initiative when required.
